Personalized Massage
This one’s for you. While all massage treatments have the great healing attributes of human touch, relaxation and increased circulation; we always remember that you are a unique individual and your needs will differ slightly from someone else’s.

Aromatherapy
An indulgent experience of stress relief using flower and plant essential oils. The healing properties in essential oils penetrate the body to restore health and well being. Common ailments that can be treated include stress, anxiety, headaches, fluid retention, poor circulation and fatigue.

Reflexology
An ancient healing art that incorporates pressure points that mirror the body’s key systems. Gentle but firm pressure is therapeutically applied to areas of the feet, which correspond to different parts of the body, creating the opportunity for healing in these areas. This is a deeply relaxing experience for the whole body.

Jade Hot Stone
Feel completely revitalized and serene with the ultimate in deep relaxation and purification. A Hot Stone massage using Jade to drain negative energy and restore harmony to the body; while the deep, penetrating heat, brings relief to tense muscles and sore joints.

Reiki
A Japanese healing technique whose name means “universal life energy”.
